These courses take place every Wednesday morning, all the year round, so no need to book, just turn up!
You are welcome to join our free Association Tea Break between 10:30-10:50 before or after your course.
Beginners 50+
This informal and fun course is teaching from the very basics, step by step computing.
It is very much learner led at their own pace but topics covered include setting up an email for the first time and how to use it, using price comparison websites, booking tickets/holidays on line alongside teaching and practice of mouse and keyboard skills.
If you are over 50 years and even the thought of computer technology scares you, then come along to a slow paced, step by step class with very patient tutors.
Intermediates 50+
This is a very social class, which is very much student led, going at their pace.
This informal class covers all software packages and subjects, including the Internet, i.e. Google Earth, on line directions, researching your family tree, Ebay, making your cards and calendars, aspects of digital photography, setting up letters, creating your own letterhead and so much more.
There is plenty of time to have your questions answered and the students having a say in what they are learning.
And most importantly they always have a laugh too!
